Story
Partnering for impact
The firm began as a Microsoft partner: setup, customization, migration, training, and support for Office 365, SharePoint, Dynamics, and the security layer around them. As customers asked for Google Workspace and Google Cloud beside Microsoft 365, we became a dual CSP so they would not need two resellers and two stories.
Today the practice covers Microsoft 365, Copilot, Azure, Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Google Workspace, Google Cloud, and Gemini — with particular depth in nonprofit, education, professional services, healthcare, manufacturing, and finance.
We do business in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, and with organizations all over the world. Delivery is remote-first. The promise has not changed: official product, a named team, and work that a board can understand.

Direct partnership
We bill Microsoft and Google as a CSP, not a middle-layer marketplace. You get official subscriptions and a team that owns the relationship.
Mission before stack
Architecture starts from how grants, classrooms, or clients actually move — then the products are chosen to serve that motion.
Stay after go-live
Cutover is the midpoint. Named engineers remain on the account for support, license hygiene, and the next wave of AI work.

Straight answers
- Are you a reseller or a consultancy?
- Both, on purpose. As a direct Microsoft and Google Cloud Solution Provider we can sell and manage subscriptions. The same team designs, migrates, trains, and supports the environment those subscriptions run in.
- Do you work with nonprofit and education pricing?
- Yes. When an organization qualifies, we help complete the Microsoft and Google nonprofit or education programs and provision the correct SKUs rather than commercial defaults.
- Can you take over an existing tenant?
- Yes. We regularly assume support of Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace tenants that were stood up years ago, clean up licensing, and then plan the next Copilot, agent, or migration program.
- Where do you operate?
- TRUE.org is a global firm. We do business in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, and with organizations worldwide. Engagement is remote-first, with named engineers who already know Microsoft and Google tenants in those regions.
