TRUE.org provides comprehensive Microsoft services including licensing, subscriptions, consulting, support, and Teams telephony (including SMS). By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.
1. Services Offered
TRUE.org is a direct Microsoft partner offering:
- Microsoft 365, Azure, Dynamics 365, Copilot, Power Platform, and other business product subscriptions
- Microsoft license resale and provisioning
- Teams telephony and SMS services
- Cloud migration, configuration, and managed support
- Technical consulting, training, and workshops
2. Microsoft Licensing
Licenses and subscriptions are provided under Microsoftâs Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) program. All licensing is subject to Microsoft Services Agreement and Microsoft Privacy Statement.
3. SMS Messaging Terms
TRUE.org receives your contact information, including your phone number, exclusively from Microsoft and Microsoft Marketplaces.
Opt-In Method (Verbal):
TRUE.org collects opt-in verbally at their locations or over the phone. When a customer is registered for the first time, they are asked to provide the phone number, and staff is trained to ask if the customer would like to opt in to SMS-based notifications. They will be verbally informed that “Message and data rates may apply”, “Message frequency may vary”, and they can “text HELP for support or more information and STOP to unsubscribe at any time”. They will also be informed that their phone number will not be shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.

4. User Responsibilities
