TRUE.org Services Terms

These terms cover services from Acumor Solutions LLC, doing business as TRUE.org ("TRUE.org", "we", "us"). They apply to every quote, order and Microsoft Marketplace offer from TRUE.org. "You" means the business or organization that buys from us.

1. Scope

• We do the work described in your written quote or order.
• Prices on our website and Marketplace offers are estimates. We confirm the final price and scope in writing before work starts.
• Extra work needs a new or updated written quote.

2. Your responsibilities

• Give us accurate information about your organization, users and needs.
• Give us the admin access we need, such as Microsoft partner (GDAP) access to your tenant. We use this access only to deliver and support the services you buy.
• Keep your own backups, passwords and sign-in methods safe.
• Tell us quickly if something is wrong.

3. Price and payment

• Prices are set by your TRUE.org quote. Our prices include TRUE.org services and support.
• One-time service work has a minimum fee of $180 (US dollars), paid in full before work starts.
• Pay by card, ACH or invoice. We charge a saved card or bank account only with your written OK.
• Microsoft licences are paid before we order or add them.

4. Microsoft licences

• We are a Microsoft direct Cloud Solution Provider (CSP). Licences are billed monthly or yearly, as shown on your quote or invoice.
• Your use of Microsoft products is governed by the Microsoft Customer Agreement, which you accept with Microsoft. Microsoft, not TRUE.org, provides the products and their service levels.
• Microsoft's New Commerce rules apply. Most licences can only be cancelled or reduced within Microsoft's short cancellation window (currently 7 days). After that, you pay for the full term you chose.
• Licences renew automatically for the same term unless you tell us in writing before the renewal date.

5. Cancellation and refunds

• You can cancel a service before work starts. Any amount you prepaid becomes a credit toward other TRUE.org services. It is not paid back as cash.
• Once work starts, prepaid service fees are non-refundable, unless TRUE.org agrees otherwise in writing.
• No refunds or credits are given except as TRUE.org agrees in writing.

6. Support

• Support is by email at hello@TRUE.org. We reply in writing.

7. Confidentiality

• We keep your business information and tenant data private. We use it only to deliver your services.
• We share it only with Microsoft or other providers when needed to deliver your services, or when the law requires it.
• Our privacy notice is at https://TRUE.org/privacy.

8. Warranty

• We do our work with reasonable professional care and skill.
• We make no other promises, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. Microsoft products come with Microsoft's own terms.

9. Limit of liability

• Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid TRUE.org for the service that caused the claim.
• We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or lost data.
• Nothing here limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit.

10. Governing law

• These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA.
• Disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts in Los Angeles County, California.

11. Changes to these terms

• We may update these terms. The version on this page applies to new quotes and orders from the date shown above.
