Hybrid Meeting with Microsoft 365-One day workshop:

True.org Cloud is an expert in driving modern workplace transformation. We provide tools and resources that ensure employees can collaborate effectively and share information securely no matter where they work. We are excited to offer a Hybrid Meetings Workshop that shows you how to do more with Microsoft Teams and accelerate hybrid work transformation journey with hybrid meetings.

The Hybrid Meetings Workshop includes three distinct phases:

  1. Assess – Gather information on current environment and meeting practices
  2. Art of the Possible – Showcase hybrid meetings experiences powered by Microsoft Teams
  3. Build the Plan – Planning workshop for how to deploy and adopt Microsoft Teams Meetings and Meetings Rooms

Project Goals and Objectives

  • The Access phase introduces you to the workshop and builds the Art of the possible phase.
  • Showcase meetings and meeting rooms experiences powered by Microsoft Teams with presentations and immersive experiences.
  • Build the plan for how to deploy and adopt Microsoft Teams Meetings and Meeting Rooms within your organization.

 

 

Project Overview / Scope:

Under this offers, we will provide the following activities and deliverables.

 

1.      Phase 1:  Assess or pre-engagement

  • Complete the Pre-assessment questionnaire and participate in the Hybrid Meetings Overview.
  • Brief overview of Microsoft Teams hybrid meetings solutions and offers.
  • Decide which of the optional modules you would like to explore.

 

2.      Phase 2: Art of the Possible:

A combination of presentations and immersive experiences that will educate and excite your organization on the Microsoft Teams and Microsoft Teams Rooms meetings capabilities and uncover business use cases and priorities. We will achieve this in the following sessions:

  • Hybrid Work
  • Better meetings with Teams
  • Hosting virtual events with Teams
  • Your selected optional Modules
  • Hands-on or virtual immersive experiences across:
  • Teams Meetings experience
  • Microsoft Teams Rooms
  • Surface devices
  • Live Events

3.      Phase 3: Build the Plan:

 We will talk through relevant use cases and devices by developing a deployment roadmap.  We will achieve this in the following sessions which will allow you to understand your current needs and next steps for deploying Teams Meetings and Meeting Rooms in your organization:
