What is included
License check: Copilot is an add-on and will not attach to every Microsoft 365 plan. We read the qualifying list against your tenant before we order a seat, and we tell you if a base plan needs to change. Readiness review: Copilot answers from content the signed-in person can already open, so we walk through sharing in SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams with you and fix anything that should be private before the pilot starts.
Pilot: we start with the people who already live in Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams, and confirm their files are somewhere Copilot can use them. Training: short sessions on your own documents, mailboxes, and meetings, including how to check a cited source before anything is sent to a client or a board. Support: 24x7 help for the Copilot and Microsoft 365 services you license through us, plus a conversation with leaders about which roles should get seats next.
Eligibility
Copilot Ready is included when your Microsoft 365 Copilot licenses, and the Microsoft 365 licenses they sit on, are bought through TRUE.org as your Cloud Solution Provider. New subscriptions qualify, and so do eligible subscriptions you move to us from another provider. We put license amounts in the quote, based on the plan, seat count, and monthly or annual term. We do not post prices on this page.
Nonprofits can ask us to check Microsoft's nonprofit offers. Whether Copilot appears on that list depends on what Microsoft publishes at the time, and we will tell you what we find.
Why start now
Microsoft's current Copilot promotions end December 31, 2026. Qualifying licenses, reviewing sharing, and running a pilot all take some calendar time, so the earlier you start, the more of that window your team gets. Send the form with your organization, how many people you are thinking about, and your tenant domain. It goes to support@true.org.
Questions we answer before a quote
Is Copilot Ready really free?
The onboarding services are included at no extra charge when you buy your Copilot and Microsoft 365 licenses through TRUE.org. You pay for the licenses.
Does everyone need a Copilot seat?
No. We start with a small group that will use it most and help you decide who should be next.
Will Copilot see every file in the company?
It uses what each person can already open. That is why the package includes a sharing review before the pilot.
When does the offer end?
Microsoft's current Copilot promotions end December 31, 2026. Email support@true.org or send the form to get started before then.
