What a custom agent can do
A Copilot Studio agent is a focused assistant for one job. Common examples are an internal helpdesk agent that answers staff questions from your policies and handbooks, an onboarding agent that walks new hires through the first weeks, or an agent that answers questions about your programs or services from the documents you already maintain. We agree with you what the agent should do, which content it should use, and who should be able to use it.
We keep scope small at first. One agent that does one thing well is more useful than a broad agent nobody trusts. Once it works, we can extend it or build the next one.
What is included
Discovery: a short conversation to pick the first use case and the content behind it. Build: we create the agent in your tenant, connect it to the SharePoint sites or documents you choose, and set who can use it. Testing: we test it with the people who will use it and adjust the answers and sources. Training: we show your team how to use the agent and how to check the source behind an answer. Support: 24x7 help for the Microsoft services you license through us.
Your content stays in your Microsoft tenant. The agent follows the access rules your tenant already has, so we review sharing on the content it uses before it goes live.
Eligibility and next steps
Custom agent building and onboarding are included when you buy your Microsoft licenses through TRUE.org, including Microsoft 365, Copilot, Dynamics 365, or Azure. Some agent capabilities require specific Microsoft licenses or capacity, and we confirm what your use case needs and put any license amounts in the quote. We do not post prices on this page.
Microsoft's current Copilot promotions end December 31, 2026. To start, send the form with your organization and the job you would like an agent to do. It goes to support@true.org and we reply to your work email.
Questions we answer before a quote
Do we need Microsoft 365 Copilot to use a custom agent?
It depends on how the agent is used and published. We confirm the licenses your use case needs before anything is ordered.
Where does the agent get its answers?
From the content you choose, such as SharePoint sites or documents in your tenant, within the access rules your tenant already has.
What does building the agent cost?
Building and onboarding are included at no extra charge when you buy your Microsoft licenses through TRUE.org. You pay for the licenses.
How do we get started?
Send the form or email support@true.org with the job you want the agent to do.
