What managed means
Most small teams do not have someone whose job is to look after AI tools. With the managed service, we do that work. We set up the assistant in your Microsoft tenant, keep its content sources and access settings in order, add and remove people as your team changes, and adjust it when the way you work changes. You tell us what you need. We handle the configuration.
The assistant is built on Microsoft Copilot and, where it fits, a custom agent in Copilot Studio. It works with the content your people can already open in Microsoft 365, so we review sharing settings before it goes live and keep them in mind as your files grow.
What is included
Setup: license check, sharing review, and configuration of the assistant in your tenant. Onboarding: training for your staff on their own documents, mail, and meetings, including how to check a cited source. Ongoing management: changes to users, content sources, and settings as you request them. 24x7 support: your team can reach us around the clock for the Microsoft services you license through us.
Eligibility and next steps
The managed AI assistant service is included when you buy your Microsoft licenses through TRUE.org as your Cloud Solution Provider, including Microsoft 365 and Microsoft 365 Copilot. New subscriptions qualify, and so do eligible subscriptions you move to us from another provider. License amounts depend on the products, seat count, and term, and we put them in the quote rather than on this page.
Microsoft's current Copilot promotions end December 31, 2026. To start, send the form with your organization, roughly how many people would use the assistant, and your tenant domain. It goes to support@true.org.

How is this different from Copilot Ready?
Copilot Ready gets your team started with Copilot. The managed service keeps the assistant looked after on an ongoing basis, so you do not have to manage settings yourself.
Is the managed service an extra fee?
No. It is included at no extra charge when you buy your Microsoft licenses through TRUE.org. You pay for the licenses.
Can we start with a few people?
Yes. Starting with a small group is usually the best way to begin.
