What is included
Setup: we create or take over your tenant, confirm the administrators and domains, create the users, shared mailboxes, and groups you need, and turn on multi-factor sign-in before we hand the admin role back. Migration: we inventory the mail and files you want moved, agree a cutover window with you, and move them in that window. DNS for your domain changes only when you approve the cutover.
Training: short sessions for your staff on the tenant you actually use, not a sample company. 24x7 support: your team can reach us around the clock for the Microsoft services you license through us. AI and Copilot onboarding: we check that your base licenses qualify, start with the people who will use Copilot most, and show them how to use it on their own files.
Which licenses qualify
The offer applies when you buy your Microsoft licenses through TRUE.org as your Cloud Solution Provider. That covers Microsoft 365, Microsoft 365 Copilot, Dynamics 365, and Azure. You can start new subscriptions with us, or move eligible subscriptions you already pay for elsewhere onto our direct CSP agreement. Your users, mail, and files stay in your tenant when the billing moves.
The services cover the products you license through us. If part of your environment is billed by another partner, tell us in the form and we will say plainly what we can and cannot do for those subscriptions. License amounts depend on the product, the number of seats, and the term, monthly or annual, and we put them in the quote rather than on this page. Nonprofits can ask us to file Microsoft's eligibility check for nonprofit offers.
Copilot and AI, before the year ends
Microsoft's current Copilot promotions end December 31, 2026. If Copilot is on your list, starting now gives your team time to qualify the base licenses, run a small pilot, and get trained before that date. Our AI packages are Copilot Ready, custom Copilot Studio agents, and a managed AI assistant service. Each one is described on its own page.

What do the services cost?
Nothing extra when you buy the qualifying Microsoft licenses through TRUE.org. You pay for the licenses. Setup, migration, training, 24x7 support, and AI and Copilot onboarding are included.
We already have Microsoft 365 with another provider. Do we qualify?
Yes, if you move eligible subscriptions onto our CSP agreement. Your tenant, users, mail, and files stay where they are. Only the billing moves.
