What a TRUE Copilot Agent is
A Copilot agent is an AI assistant that does one defined job with information you allow it to see. It is an AI agent, and we say so plainly. We build it and run it in your own Microsoft Copilot Studio, on Microsoft 365.
Your team uses it in Microsoft Teams, Outlook and the Microsoft 365 Copilot app. Nothing new to install.
The agent drafts. A person approves anything sent outside your organization.
How it works
Four steps. Setup is free. Usage is what you pay for.
1. Tell us the job
Send the form. Say which repeated task takes your staff the most time. We reply by email.
2. We scope it with you
We agree one job, one channel and which data the agent may use. We put it in writing.
3. We build it. Setup is free.
We build and test the agent in your Microsoft Copilot Studio. You do not pay a setup charge.
4. You pay per usage
After go-live you pay for what the agent uses. We confirm in writing how usage is billed before we build.
Example agents
These are examples of the kind of job an agent can do. They are ideas, not a fixed menu. We scope each agent to your team.
Example: shared inbox triage
Sorts a shared mailbox by type and urgency and suggests who should handle each message.
Example: policy and document answers
Answers staff questions from the policy folder you approve, and says when it does not know.
Example: request intake
Collects the same details from each new request and passes a tidy summary to the right person, with a drafted first reply for a person to review.
Example: volunteer or staff onboarding
Guides a new person through a checklist and shows the manager what is still open.
Example: renewal reminders
Watches dates for memberships, contracts or licenses and drafts reminders for a person to send.
What we need from you
A named person who owns the agent. A Microsoft 365 account for your organization, with an admin. Your written approval of which data the agent may use.
We do not build agents that use health, card or bank-customer data without a separate written agreement. Agents do not decide about people, such as hiring, credit or housing. Agents do not give legal, tax, medical or financial advice.
Questions we answer first
Is setup really free?
Yes. We do not charge for setting up your agent. Usage is not free. You pay per usage, and we confirm in writing how usage is billed before we build.
What do I pay for?
The usage your agent runs up after it goes live. Microsoft meters that usage in Copilot Studio. Microsoft sets its own prices and they can change.
Will the agent send email on its own?
No. Agents draft. A person approves anything sent outside your organization.
Which data can the agent use?
Only the sources you approve in writing. The agent does not use data outside them.
Who is behind this, and is it a Microsoft program?
TRUE.org Cloud is a 501(c)(3). Agent services are provided by Acumor Solutions LLC dba TRUE.org, an independent Microsoft Cloud Solution Provider. This is a TRUE.org service, not a Microsoft program. Microsoft and Copilot Studio are Microsoft products.
Where does the form go?
To hello@true.org. We reply to the work email you enter, usually within one business day.
